Cozy 4-bedroom Sag Harbor near town and beaches. Very quaint, quiet, and enjoyable. Short driving distance (and twenty minute walk) to Sag Harbor Village; short drive to Sag Harbor and Noyack beaches; short drive to East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Southampton, Wainscott, Amagansett, etc. Depending on traffic, only a 30-40 minute drive to Montauk.

Renters have exclusive access to the entire house except for the basement which is used for storage.
