Kaanapali Royal D101 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo that offers over 1800 sq feet of space and central A/C! There are no elevators at this property, but there is one stair case to access this unit. Unit D101 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom boasts a pillow top California king-size bed, all new bedding (Hawaiian inspired), desk, and TV equipped with cable. The master bedroom opens to the lanai, offering wonderful views and a sitting area with a table directly outside, perfect for morning coffee. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a large walk-in shower with seating. The guest bedroom also opens to an outdoor patio and offers a pillow top California king-size bed. The guest bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower.

There is a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests, a 86-inch Smart TV equipped with complimentary cable and Blue Ray DBD. It also features newly installed custom drapes throughout help keep things cool, feel free to open the doors for those wonderful tropical breezes on windy days. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom cabinets, lighting, granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances and buffet area with built-in beverage center. Enjoy cooking in this remodeled kitchen or on your private, expansive lanai complimented with a gas grill, wet bar and refinished teak furniture. Located in the heart of famed Kaanapali resort it is perfectly situated on the Kaanapali Golf Course and is a short walk to nearby is Whalers Village, top-rated restaurants, popular beaches, bars and live music. There is a flat $154 per vehicle parking fee payable to the resort upon registration. Stay is confirmed for one vehicle, second vehicle is subject to space/availability.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
