15 mins from the city center, 10 mins from the train station and 5 mins from Hautepierre Hospital (CHU).
Completely renovated in 2016, all comfort is fully equipped (toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 107 cm flat screen TV.)
