About this property
Cozy and bright townhouse
We welcome you to our house located on the heights of Quimper near the SNCF and bus station (5 min walk) and 10 min walk from the historic center. With a living area of 120 m2, it has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful surface.
You can enjoy the outdoor space on a large 40 m2 terrace.
House renovated in 2016 offering large bright spaces. Its location on the height of the city gives it a clear view not overlooked in the city center. You will have to climb a few steps to get there!
On the ground floor, you will find the living areas: an open kitchen and a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a WC.
The first floor is made up of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (WC, bath-shower, 2 sinks), 1 small utility room (washing machine, drying rack, but no dryer!).

We provide you with the household linen (sheets, bath towels ...), as well as the cleaning products used in the house.
Travelers have access to the entire accommodation with the exception of part of the basement with independent access.
The house is located in a quiet area on a one-way street, on the heights of the city (you have to climb a little!) while being in the immediate vicinity of all amenities (small shops, bakery, restaurants down the street).
The SNCF and bus station serving the whole of Finistère Sud are 5 minutes' walk away.
You can reach the historic city center on foot in 10 minutes by a nice walk which will make you discover one of the most beautiful gardens in the city.
Due to its location, you can easily and quickly reach the main roads serving southern Finistère (you can reach the coast in 15 min)
You can easily park in front of the house.
Public transport (city bus network, SNCF train station and bus station) are in the immediate vicinity.
This is our house that we rent occasionally during the holidays. We therefore expect our guests to be respectful of the place.
Regarding the rental conditions, we will ask you for a deposit of 300 € upon entering the house, which will be returned to you on your departure.
The cleaning costs indicated include only the maintenance of the household linen (detergents, drying of the linen at the end of your stay). End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you. We also leave at your disposal the household maintenance products as well as the basic necessities (dishwashing product, trash bags, toilet paper ...)
