House - in the heart of the village, close to the beach and shops. One parking space. Indoor terrace for outdoor dining. The house is pleasant and tastefully furnished.

1 kitchen-dining room, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm), 1 bathroom (sink, shower, toilet).
Amenities: 1 induction hob (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 refrigerator with freezer, 1 small dishwasher, 1 TV, 1 washing machine, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 garden furniture set, and 1 barbecue.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided.
Location: approximately 450m from the town center shops and 500m from the beach. Proof of civil liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
