Beautiful newly remodeled studio condo minutes from downtown. King size bed, queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, vaulted ceilings, full kitchen completely stocked, desk, ice maker, washer and dryer, private deck, outdoor seating, private wifi, smart TV, free parking, and self check-in.
Our amazing amenities include giant clubhouse with racquetball courts, exercise room, mini-golf, and game room. Outside has one huge family pool, baby pool, adult pool, and 2 jacuzzi's. There are also basketball and racquetball courts, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, playground and covered outdoor pavillion to gather and BBQ. This is the perfect vacation retreat!

Even after living here for so long we still haven't experienced everything that Southern Utah offers. We love sports, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
