Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom St. George condo retreat. Two king beds and a fun bunk bed room offer plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. The condo features two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer for convenience.

Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, enjoy the resort style amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, pickle ball, basketball, volley ball, gym and so much more.

Unlike many newer developments in the area, our community features mature trees, lush grass, and peaceful green space that create a true desert oasis - perfect to keep you and your pet relaxed in comfort.

We welcome one well-behaved dog weighing 20 lbs or less per stay. We ask that pets be house-trained, cleaned up after, and not left unattended in the condo for extended periods.

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with policies and applicable laws.

I've decorated and planned out the place with a lot of care because I want it to be a place YOU want to stay at, as well as a place I want to stay at.

Why they chose this property

New developments in St. George do not allow any green space. I love this neighborhood. It has large trees, bushes and tons of grass! It's has a true desert oasis feel to it. One important buying factors for me was to find a place that was dog friendly, where my 4 legged travel companion could walk on grass and not burn his feet. It also has resort amenities and a playground right out the porch door. You can relax in the patio furniture and see your kiddos at the park. Everything is designed for maximum comfort and usability.
