This 27 m2 nest with separate bedroom and bunk bed for your children, was refurbished in June 2017, it is waiting for you to enjoy this exceptional place that is the Arcachon basin.
Starting point for sailing towards Cap Ferret, strolling around the Teich park or taking a bike ride to La Dune du Pyla ....
This studio located 80 meters from the sea completely new is equipped with a balcony with sea view, it will charm you with its equipment and its location.
Tea, coffee available, just like at home!
Office cleaning fees and added to the overnight rate
The kit (shower sheet and beds and tea towels) is on request and payable.
A deposit of 150 € not cashed and refundable within 7 days is required
You will have access to the entire studio and will be delighted to taste the bottle of organic or local wine offered to you!
