3 Bedroom Cottage on the Shores of Chautauqua Lake

Welcome to Cody’s Cottage.
This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage is located on the shores of Chautauqua Lake. The Cottage is located in an ideal lakefront location close to everything you will need. With beautiful views, you will be able to enjoy property amenities such as the enclosed lakefront porch, outdoor seating, picnic table and grill, private dock and fire pit. For your use at the cottage you will also find fishing poles, board games, books and magazines for rainy weather or those who prefer to stay in.
The cottage is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, Big Tree Ice Cream Parlor, Smith Boys Marina, Lakewood cinema 8, miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball field, playground, and more! You can also take a short (20 minute or less) drive to the historic Bemus Point Area, Chautauqua Institution, Summer Wind Lake Cruises, National Comedy Center, Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, Lucille Ball's hometown and burial plot, Southern Tier Brewery, Chautauqua Mall, Laundry, Numerous Chain Restaurants, Wegmans and so much more.
The Cottage comes fully equipped with bed linens, towels, basic kitchen appliances and dishes. The three bedrooms are all located on the second floor and consist of a lake view bedroom with a queen size bed, and two smaller bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and one with bunk beds. There is a half bath on the second floor and full bath with shower on the first floor.
Please note that we do have off season availability for snowmobilers and ice fisherman, the dock is not available during off season rentals, October to May.
