The property was clean, neat, well appointed and very comfortable. There is nothing to want when you stay here. We enjoyed having the dock for our boat. the view of the water and the sunrise and sunset was great! The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Clean environment with good safe dock.The area was close to Bemus point. We stayed in that area before and did have a problem with some guy who walks the docks at night.I Guess he owns some run down buildings on the same street.

Exceptional communication from this host. Enjoyed a lovely girl’s weekend at this lakefront cottage. Great central location. We were able to visit Southern Tier brewery and also many area wineries. Cottage was nicely equipped and we appreciated all the games that the host had provided! This host is extremely responsive!

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The yard was very peaceful. The goose was well stocked with everything you would need. My only complaint is that the shorelineis a mess with lots of Lilly pads, weeds, and other debris. I know that is not the fault of the owner but the nature of the lake this year. We would book again.

Theneighboorhood is lovely. Friendly, quiet, and easy to locate. The lakefront is unobstructed and a natural extension of the cottage. The property manager is available at all times. Guests are welcome to call or text me at any time.
