This cottage was cute, comfortable and conveniently located. We loved our deck time and the time in downtown Bemus Point. Lots of great restaurants!

The owner had great communication with me and our stay was excellent. There was everything in the house you could ask for. It was above my expectation. We are thinking about rebooking for next year. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay

My wife and I had a great stay for annual fishing trip to Chautauqua. Laurie was attentive host and communication was excellent. We enjoyed setting on the deck and chatting with the neighbors when we were not on the water.

Great cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this lakefront cottage. The house had everything we needed and it was nice to dock the boat right in front of the house. The owner was great with communicating and making everhthing went as good as it possibly could. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Wonderful lakefront location with dock

Warm and cozy cottage for the whole family to enjoy! Great open floor plan with amazing lake views and dock for boating and fishing. For those looking to explore, you can’t beat the location- so close to Bemus Point restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Convenient

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the lake cottage. The location is ideal, with Bemus Point nearby and all that Lake Chautauqua has to offer, plus it’s only about 15 minutes from Jamestown. The cottage was the perfect size for us and our dog. The yard overlooks the lake, offering a nice view, though I’d recommend trimming the tall vegetation along the shore to enhance the view even more. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Emergency Landing

We were in the process of selling our house and needed to be out for a week at the last minute We had no place to go with our dogs. We reached out to Laurie through VRBO and she immediately confirmed our reservation. It was a lifesaver! We had a great stay. Everything you need is in the cottage.

An Oasis on the Lake!

Not only is this location on the lake just right, but the house itself has just the right combination of space and amenities to make your time there wonderful. The dock and deck are great for enjoying views of the sunset. There are plenty of dishes and kitchenware, and many nice touches. The host, Laurie, is a great communicator and is gracious across the board. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Just the right combination for a week on the lake. Thank you for a great visit!!

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The yard was very peaceful. The goose was well stocked with everything you would need. My only complaint is that the shorelineis a mess with lots of Lilly pads, weeds, and other debris. I know that is not the fault of the owner but the nature of the lake this year. We would book again.

Overall nice cottage. Beautiful view of the lake.

Cottage and amenities were very nice. Disappointing was the several feet of muck at the lake shore which made it impossible to swim or launch a kayak from shore. The dock is unsteady and rickety; no way we could have launched a kayak from there.

Walleye Fishing

Great Place to stay, right on the lake with a dock for the boat. Boat Ramp was 5 min away. The cottage had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Nice back yard on the lake with fire pit. Plenty of parking space in the front. Quiet dead-end road. Neighbors were very friendly. Will Definitely be back same time next year.
