Charming 35 m2 studio located on the 5th and last floor of the Grand-Hôtel de Font-Romeu, a building classified as a Historic Monument.
This accommodation can accommodate 4 people (foldaway double bed + a BZ sofa bed) + possibility of unfolding an extra bed in 90 for a child or possibly 5persons.

Grand studio bien équipé et propre situé au 5eme étage d’un hôtel légendaire de Font Romeu.Propriétaire à l’écoute et compréhensive.Petit bémol pour nos chers toutous qui ne sont autorisés à rester seul dans l’appartement!

Merci pour votre retour. Effectivement le règlement intérieur interdit de laisser les animaux seuls dans les appartements afin d'éviter toutes nuisances et dégradations.Nos voyageurs en sont informés en amont. De surcroît votre chien à aboyé tout le temps de votre absence créant du trouble dans le l'immeuble et amenant les voisins à nous contacter pour que l'on fasse quelque chose. Il faut comprendre que les résidents à l'année et même occasionnels viennent au grand hôtel pour le calme et n'ont pas à subir ces nuisances.

Vacances

Super au niveau des randonnees. Par contre logement peu pratique, plein de bibelots inutiles, placards pleins, 3 cafetières inutiles . Le logement ressemble plus à un debarras dans lequel sont stockés tous les objets dont le proprietaire n'a plus l'usage. C'est dommage car le batiment est superbe et très bien placé.

Bonjour. Je m'interroge sur la véracité de votre commentaire. Parlons nous du même logement ???? - Le logement n'a que 2 cafetières récentes (une filtre et une dosettes senseo) et répondent à la demande de nos voyageurs. - le studio dispose de nombreux placards vides (!!) pour pouvoir permettre à nos voyageurs de ranger leurs affaires ! - Nous n'avons pas la même notion de débarras : le studio est identique au photos de l'annonce avec une décoration contemporaine et épurée et les "bibelots inutiles" représentent 4 ou 5 éléments de décoration personnalisée ( ce qui précisément plaît à nos voyageurs). Enfin sachez que nous avons accueilli près de 200 voyageurs depuis 2017 (toutes plateformes de réservation confondues) et nous avons même le statut de super-hôte /hôte recommandé sur 3 d'entre elles... Vous pouvez chercher et vérifier par vous même !! Nous sommes toujours à l'écoute de nos voyageurs et très réactifs à leur suggestions avant, pendant et après le séjour ... Nous n'avons eu aucune nouvelle de votre part durant tout le séjour ! Si certaines choses ne vous convenaient pas, pourquoi ne pas revenir vers nous pour trouver des solutions ?? Pour toutes ces raisons, permettez moi de souligner votre manque d'objectivité et de douter de vos intentions.

Appartement fonctionnel avec une belle vue

L appartement a été entièrement refait. Il est très fonctionnel avec beaucoup de rangements. Le lit pont est très pratique pour gagner de la place . Il est assez confortable. L appartement est situé au 5 Eme étage du grand hôtel au nord avec une belle vue sur la forêt . Seul bémol la conciergerie manque de réactivité il faut les relancer à chaque fois pour avoir des réponses .

séjour bien agréable dans cet appartement déjà connu. pas déçue : propre, bien agence, déco sympa, échanges conviviaux tant avec la propriétaire qu'avec le service de conciergerie très réactif. une adresse à retenir!
