Luxury Vista del Sol Ocean Front - Romantic Zone on the Malecon

Located on the 3rd floor of Vista del Sol and facing directly toward the bay and Malecon, our condo is designed with an artistic Mexican style. Condos of this quality are rarely found on the rental market. You will be right on the beach with restaurants, shops, galleries and nightlife within just a few blocks. Both the living room and main bedroom open onto a large terrace with breathtaking unobstructed ocean views.

We have all the amenities you seek in a vacation home, including high speed WiFi, free calls to US and Canada, and three-day-a-week maid service. The 1,500 sq ft. open floor plan includes two bedrooms (one king/ two twins), two en suite bathrooms, a dining room, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and cable TV which features a range of English-language stations. There are charging stations in each bedroom as well as the bookcase near the small table in the Dining Room.

The ideal location of Vista del Sol allows you to be as active or relaxed as you want. There is no need for a rental car. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a five-minute walk along the Malecon (beachfront walkway) to the north and Old Town is to the south, and the bus service is both fun and easy. Taxi prices are usually $5-$10USD for rides just about anywhere. Our location features dozens of restaurants to fit all tastes and budgets within just a few minutes walk.

Located right on the beach in the charming area known as Old Town or Zona Romantica, Vista del Sol is widely considered one of the finest and best managed properties in all of Puerto Vallerta. The building features 24-hour front desk service, security, mozo (bellboy), a large roof top pool and a beach-front restaurant. Washer and dryer facilities are located in the building for your personal use for a small fee and there is a lavanderia (laundry) within two blocks.

Important note: During the summer months (June - Sept) Vista del Sol, like condo associations in PV, allows owners to schedule remodeling work to be done between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. This is not something that we have control over and no refunds will be given due to any noise caused during this time period.

Relax in paradise

Elise's condo is in the best part of PV, on the beach in the romantic zone. The condo itself is comfortable, with beautiful view of the ocean, close to restaurants and local stores. Best place to stay. Elise responded all my inquiries promptly, a great host.

Great place!

We had a truly great time at Elise’s’s condo - perfect location, overlooking the beach. Loved seeing the sunset every evening from the balcony. The condo is well appointed, comfortable, and includes daily maid service, as well as boogie boards, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The furnishings are good quality and the kitchen adequately stocked. Loved the interior decorations and the many plants in the unit and in the building, which added to the tropical feel. The AC worked well and is a must during the hot, humid nights. While the beach can get quite busy and at times noisier, the area is very safe and we loved the proximity to multiple restaurants. The condo building itself has a gated entry that is manned around the clock, very secure. The pool on 10th floor is quiet and has great views. We preferred the beach, as the ocean was really warm in June. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and we’d love to return. Thank you, Elise!

Wonderful location for family vacation, best beach view in Vallarta

This was our first stay in Vallarta and we were looking for a property that would give us flexibility and accessibility to the beach as well as the town. We were travelling with our 2 children who are in their 20's. Elise was in contact with us prior to the trip, and checked in during the trip just to be sure everything was going ok. This unit was spacious for 4 adults, it is roomy and very inviting. The view from the balcony was exceptional. We were greeted every morning with the gorgeous view of the beach and one day we saw some whales out in the bay. The condo was easy to get to from the airport and is located very close to many very wonderful restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked, the linens were plentiful. The wi-fi was fine. There are several OXXO's nearby for any miscellaneous things you might need and several grocery stores within walking distance. There is a laundry downstairs which was helpful since we kept our packed items to a minimum, and everyone who worked on site were friendly and helpful. I hope we have the opportunity to return in the future, this is an awesome beach front property.

Couldn't be happier

This place is a real winner. Not only is the location absolutely STELLAR (literally steps from a small beach that was great for our kids, all the action on the Malecón, and restaurants galore to choose from), and the apartment was comfortable and attractive, but Elise is one of the most thoughtful owners that we have ever encountered. She has equipped her apartment with so many "little things" that you would never think to look for in your rental, but enhance your happiness so much when you realize you need it! Some examples: a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs (enjoying afternoon beach would have been much harder without some shade!). A sewing kit for small repairs. Scissors, rubber bands, tape (for the random art project). A basket full of sun hats and some umbrellas to borrow. I could go on. And this is in addition to the normal stuff that makes you happy with a rental, like a well-stocked kitchen ready to cook in, a closet of beach and pool toys, and a cupboard of board games and puzzles. The staff at the apartment complex were kind and helpful. The rooftop pool was super-fun for all. Although I was initially worried about noise either from other units or from the nighttime activities of the Malecón, neither of these was a problem. We certainly hope to stay again on a return trip. Highly recommend!!!

The location of this condo was amazing, the owner was very easy to communicate with, the staff was friendly, and the condo was huge and comfortable. The best part was the view! It feels like you are on the water and we saw amazing sunsets every evening.
