NEXT TO GLAZE MEADOW, CUTE, WITH MANY AMENITIES!

BEDROOMS: 3 stylish bedrooms: 3 king beds, 4 singles in a bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the second living space loft, there is a place for everyone!

EXTRAS: Hot tub, ping pong, Tesla charger, and large deck with lots of comfortable furniture. AC being added for 2024 stays!

LOCATION: Right in the center of Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Pool with a hot tub, workout facility, bike rental, and spa! Also: tennis courts, horse shoes, pickle ball, basketball, golf, boules and easy access to bike trails out the back deck!

HOUSE RULES: This condo is smoke-free (no vaping please) and pet-free. Guests must be 25 years of age (or accompanied by a 25+year old adult). The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest.

BBR FEE: $9 per person per day payable upon arrival at the welcome desk for your parking pass and use of the pools and facilities along with access through the private gates. Golf is extra.

House was great for our group. Four adults and an infant. The host is very responsive. The deck and hot tub were used daily. Also, access to bikes was an added bonus and cost savings as we didn't have to rent. Overall, a fun long weekend at Black Butte Ranch!

Perfect Vacation Rental

What a sweet and comfortable spot this was for our family! More than ample room, with lovely furnishings, beds and bedding, and lots of fun little extras for us (like ping pong, pickleball stuff, bikes, jacuzzi, etc.). You can tell that this is a loved home and it is supplied in a way that encourages ease. Loved it and will definitely rent again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Lovely home!

We love staying in Black Butte with our family and this home is a nice change from the traditional cabin feel. It’s updated, fresh, comfortable and located in a perfect, central location. This is our 2nd time and we’ll definitely be back again!

Wonderful home and location

The house was beautiful! My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was available and the house felt like home away from home. Highly recommend! Aymee was awesome to work with, and responded immediately if I ever had a question.

Beautiful home!

Not your typical Black Butte ranch house with dark woods and outdated furniture. The home was bright and beautifully decorated. Quality and comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the location! Our kids played on the paved loop and we could walk to the pool and playground. Check in and Communications with the owner were smooth and super helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Black Butte Getawar

Communication was fantastic! Originally supposed to go for MLK weekend but the snow storm had us reschedule to late May. They were very accommodating to the switch, the space was fantastic, comfy beds, nice kitchen with a clutch griddle! Hot tub, fire pit and BBQ were great exterior features.

FABULOUS LOCATION!!! - Aymee the host was excellent to deal with, she was very responsive to all our questions. The location of this vacation home is the best we have ever stayed at in Black Butte. It is close to all the action and we all had a wonderful time. The Glaze Meadow Pool is just steps away. We had such a relaxing time and cannot wait to come back again next time. Gorgeous update in best location!

We have the most wonderful time staying in this little beautee ;) Not many places seem to be updated at the ranch and we really loved how they’ve made some beautiful modern updates! The house was calm and quiet and had everything we needed while also being just a short walk from Glaze Meadow pool area which our kids would spend every minute at! Aymee was easy to communicate with and our check in process was seamless. The hammock was a favorite as well as the hot tub and we enjoyed using their bikes as well. Couldn’t recommend staying here more, we hope to be back!

Family vacation

We have gone to Black Butte a few times now. We have four kids 3yrs to 15yrs. We always use the BBQs and this is usually where we have found the worst condition of homes in the past. Not here, the grill worked very well and was clean. The hot tub was also very clean and in great condition. The home instructions including clean up were easy and very clear. The house also has equipment for all the common activities in the area which is great to minimize what we need to pack. We enjoyed our stay and will return! Thank you both very much.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Especially loved the outdoor space, the decor and the beautiful earthenware. Having the three bikes available was super convenient and saved us from having to rent them. Thank you!

Great rental for a small group or family

The Little Sister rental at Black Butte ranch was perfect spot for our crew of (2) teenagers plus (3) adults..... Well appointed and decorated for a relaxing comfortable stay ..... Nothing was too precious that felt we couldn't use or enjoy. The kids as well as all adults loved the ping pong table set up in the garage and we all enjoyed turns in the outdoor hot tub. The location to activities ( ie pool, bike rentals and tennis and pickle ball courts was excellent! Overall the place was clean, well equipped and enjoyable. Would consider this rental again and recommend to families.

Great house in superb location

This was our second stay in Black Buttee house and it was wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. We had lotsnofnfun playing ping pong on a rainy day , and pickleball on the courts just a short walk away.

Perfect Location

We came for a ladies spa weekend, and this was the perfect location! It is a 5 minute walk to the spa, we only had two cars, but ample amount of parking space for more. Perfect amount of space in the house for 5 ladies, and so cozy! We will definitely be back!

We have been married since 1996 and have three grown kids. Jim and I used to come visit the ranch as teenagers. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visual vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you!

We’ve always had a value of hospitality and when we bought our first Black Butte Ranch home in 2019, we knew that it was too good of a place to have it sit empty when we weren’t using it. Aymee co-owns a design business and uses her talents to create an inviting and beautiful space… a unique beauty (or Buttee)

Why they chose this property

We only looked at properties that were a "stones throw" from Glaze Meadow Pool and Rec Center because it's the place to be! We love that it is on a cul-de-sac so kids can safely ride bikes and play out front. We wanted a house that was just the right size for a cabin feel, but could hold a group of people well.

What makes this property unique

Come relax and make memories, we've got a spot for everyone! The deck is huge and we've got couches, a dining table with an umbrella, a hammock, a fire pit, and a hot tub!
