Golf Home 243 Summer 2027 now open!!!

Large 5 Bedroom Family Home tucked back on the 14th fairway of Big Meadow Golf Course!! 20 steps from the best sledding on the ranch! Enjoy that morning coffee in the large two-story open beam living room plan adjoining the dining room and kitchen. Cozy up with a good book in front of the fireplace​ looking out onto the back patio with views of the golf course.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed and oversized walk-in​ closet with a spacious bathroom, and heated floors hosting a soaking tub​ and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms on the main floor host king beds with shared full bath at the end of a private hallway. All three main floor rooms have flat-screen TVs.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed and the fifth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. The loft includes a ​sitting area great for games and a flat-screen TV for the kids. The second floor also includes a full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor.

The outdoor living area includes couches, chairs, and a propane fireplace... no better place to create memories with your family!

Only a short 5-minute walk to Paulina pool.

There are 2 outdoor security cameras mounted over the garage and back corner of the house to ensure the safety of our home and guests.

During the summer months, we have a 7-night minimum from Sunday to Sunday.

We are NOT a pet-friendly home and therefore alternative housing needs to be found for your furry family members.

***Starting January 1, 2024, Black Butte Ranch is now requiring homeowners to collect day-use fees of 12% of your stay. This fee is included in the rental cost and no additional fee will be collected. ****

This is a beautiful home in Black Butte Ranch. We were in Sisters for a family function, there is plenty of room for people to stay. Beds are comfy and the home is lovely. We will stay here again.

Why they chose this property

The number of windows and upgraded open floor plan living is unlike any other home we walked through. Evenings on the deck and walking distance to the 14th fairway were a bonus!

What makes this property unique

We really like the proximity to Paulina Pool and staying at home while the kids walk outdoors to sled in the winter months on the 14th is really special too.
