This premier 5 bedroom plus den, 4 bathroom 4000 sq ft home on the 15th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course is a perfect getaway offering a floor plan that provides privacy for multiple families.

Main floor:
Large yet warm and cozy, the great room features a two-sided fireplace, two dining areas, leather couches, TV, and a spacious, modern kitchen with a large center island, tile floor, cherry cabinets and granite countertops. Beech hardwood floors with area rugs are featured throughout. Large windows and skylights provide an abundance of natural light. A large deck with gas fire pit, outdoor dining table, gas bbq, and hot tub surrounds the house with lots of space for outdoor cooking, hanging out by the fire pit, or lounging while enjoying views of the fairway.

Also on the main floor is a den with a 180-degree view of the golf course and easy access to the hot tub. It features a fireplace, eating area, wet bar and a large TV. This is a place to “get away” from it all.

Just off the great room is a well-situated bonus room/bedroom. It has two twin beds and a bunk bed, along with a TV. A separate bath with sauna is in close proximity to the great room and this bedroom. In the back is an adjoining private bedroom with a king bed, full bath and access to the outside deck. The laundry area is also on the main floor.

Upper Floor:
Upstairs are 3 very large bedrooms with comfortable king beds, one of which also has a comfortable queen bed as well. The largest of these is the primary bedroom which has a deck looking out over the 15th fairway and green, a walk-in closet, and its own beautiful bath with granite counters, a tub, separate shower and cherry cabinets.
