Black Butte Ranch - Spacious house

PERFECT family reunion HOUSE (approx.. 4,600 sqft) with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, sauna, hot tub, shuffleboard and pool table. Great location - right in the middle of BlackButte Ranch at the end of a quiet cul de sac. There is a long private driveway with plenty of parking to accommodate friends and family.
The house has 3 levels
1st Level:
• Extra pair of washing/dryer machine in the garage1st level
• Sauna
• Bedroom 1: queen size bed, fireplace and access to deck
• Bedroom 2: queen size bed and access to deck
• Full bathroom

2nd Level:
• Family room with TV and fireplace. Two sofa’s
• Pool table and shuffleboard
• Multiple decks
• Full bathroom
• Laundry room
• Bedroom 3: queen size bed and 2 twin beds
• Kitchen
• Back side of kitchen leads to large deck with hot tub and BBQ

3rd level:
• Bedroom 4: queen size bed, bunkbeds (twin size)

• The resort use to collect an additional $9 daily fee for every guest seven years and older upon check-in at the Welcome Center. Many guests were unaware of this charge which created an uncomfortable check in experience. Starting 1/1/24 the property owner has to charge the guest directly, which you will see as an additional fee.
• A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All items are to be returned to their proper place. Do not move or sit on the pool table or shuffleboard.
Departing: - thermostats 75 (summer) or 55 (winter) - strip bedding - put towels to wash - load and start the dishwasher - pick up after yourself
No smoking (of any kind) or vaping in the house. No parties! Security Deposit forfeited if any house rule is broken. Remove all garbage (dumpster)

Great Family Gathering

This was a great house for our large family gathering. Plenty of room for multiple families, and LOTS to do! We loved all of the games that were spread around the house. And it was fun that the pool table was in the main room, so the kids weren't off in their own space.

This home is great for large groups and perfectly located between GM and the Meadow. We loved the house indoor and out. We had kids from 4 months to 16 and all loved the game room and games. We will rent again.

Fabulous stay

Very rarely does a property look better in person than in photos, but this one definitely did! We had a large group of friends coming to the ranch for a wedding and it readily accommodated us all. The amenities were wonderful to keep us all entertained. The place was clean, updated and bright. The host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend to anyone with a large group!

Extended Family Vacation

We had a large group of 14 including 3 generations. Plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was roomy, which was perfect as we did a lot of cooking. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and hot tub and the amenities available at the resort. The setting is idyllic!! Owner was very helpful and responsive with any issues or questions that occurred. Would recommend this house for families!

My communications with the manager as a 4star was probably not correct… should be N/AAll my fault…. Didn’t see their communications as my Phone email was whacky…. When I did see it , our stay was nearly over.The place was excellent only negative was in trying to locate the tv remote in the sofa…. Found some snack chips…. Not a proble. They were fresh. Like from the last guest… but did not … try to taste them.Perfect for the large family to stay and gather on the beautiful patio Thanks RDK

getting the little things wrong

A bit disappointed. Hot tub was broken, something we had to discover after arrival. There was no soap or shampoo in any of the showers, and there was no tissue paper anywhere, little things that would have made our stay more comfortable. The main floor is great but all the bathrooms need updating.
