LOCATION: Great location on Black Butte Ranch – close to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center: a Pool with a hot tub, workout facility, bike rental, and spa! Also: tennis courts, horse shoes, pickle ball, basketball, golf, boules and easy access to bike trails out the back of the home!
HOUSE RULES: This condo is smoke-free (no vaping please) and pet-free. Guests must be 25 years of age (or accompanied by a 25+year old adult).

Downstairs, a large primary bedroom has a big walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tile shower, tub & 2 sinks. Upstairs are two more en-suite bedroom/bathrooms. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visit vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you!
