In the beautiful residence of Palm Beach, a secure luxury apartment, duplex with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms including 1 bedroom with terrace overlooking the sea. The living room and its terrace also have an impregnable sea view.
The kitchen is equipped and has a dishwasher.
You also have a free parking space in the parking lot of the residence. (access is done with a beep). The duplex apartment is then right in front of the first floor, ready for the aperitif of the beginning of stay.
A 200 M walk from the beach of Saint Felix, you can also enjoy the sports course. 5 minutes from Gosier and 15 minutes by car from Sainte Anne.
Nearby, restaurants, a pharmacy, mini markets, leisure sites.
Ideal for holidays or a business trip.

Appartement confortable au calme avec belle vue et bien situé pour rayonner sur l'île.
Appartement conforme au descriptif.Jolie vue sur mer avec Basse Terre et les Saintes en perspective, et un grand jardin au pied.
Belles surfaces de vie et chambre à l'étage très agréable.Climatisation dans les chambres efficace et silencieuse (non négligeable !!). Les 2 terrasses sont bien agréables et celle jouxtant la pièce à vivre permet d'être dehors tout en restant préservé des regards.Les 2 salles de bains permettraient à 2 couples de bien vivre chacun à son rythme.
Place de parking appréciable, enceinte sécurisée.
Très facile à rejoindre au départ de l'aéroport.
Au global , très proche des 5 étoiles, il manquait juste quelques petits équipements pratiques pour qu'on le classe ainsi.
C'est une adresse à prendre en compte et nous y penserons pour notre prochain séjour.
Très grande réactivité des propriétaires.
