2502 Sea Crest is one of the villas in Hilton Head, SC that offers a spectacular view of landscaped water gardens, palm trees, and the Atlantic Ocean. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located on the 5th floor is newly decorated with furniture, flooring, and paint.

2502 Sea Crest has a sofa, 2 armchairs, ceiling fan and a large flat screen TV with VCR/DVD in the living room. The dining area, which is adjacent to both the living room and the kitchen, has a dining table that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen has new counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast counter that seats 4. A nice sized balcony off the living room has a table and chairs to accommodate 6 guests, perfect for catching a sunrise with your morning coffee or sipping lemonade mid-afternoon.

Upon entering the villa, there is a master bedroom on the right with a king bed, desk and a large flat screen TV with DVD. There is a private bath with double sinks, new walk-in shower, and a roomy walk-in closet. A private balcony overlooks the water gardens, the hot tub, and a superb view of the ocean. From the front entrance there is a second bedroom on the left, with two double beds, a flat screen TV, a very large walk-in closet, and private access to the shared hall bath with double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate shower. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom but has a second door leading to the hallway. The third bedroom can be reached by walking past the living room area. There is a king bed, a TV with DVD, and a private bath with double sinks, and new walk-in shower. There is also a very large walk-in closet. A door leads to the same balcony shared by the living room with the fabulous view of the water gardens and ocean.
