LUXURY PENTHOUSE WITH OCEAN VIEWS, POOLS & WALK TO BEACH HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Beware! This spectacular 5th floor penthouse will make you never want to leave the Island! Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.

Comfortable furnishings and panoramic ocean views like no other appeal to the senses. Can't you just smell the salty air and hear the waves lapping against the shore? Three master bedrooms make for restful sleep. A well-appointed kitchen is the perfect space for preparing epicurean delights to serve in the large dining area or on the spacious balcony. Not a chef? Take advantage of the many delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Wiggle your toes in the warm sand. Picture yourself on the beach at night gazing up at the myriad of stars that fill the sky. Enjoy the SeaCrest amenities of two oceanfront pools (only heated in March and April), kiddie pool, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and boardwalk to paradise. Work-off all those extra calories at gym with indoor exercise pool & the latest workout equipment. Explore the Island on foot or by bike. Find fabulous fashions at the many neighborhood boutiques.

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Our only complaint was after tropical storm Helene passed, it took 2 days for the 2 pools to be vacuumed. It’s our favorite place to stay and have always enjoyed our time at this location.

This was a fantastic vacation rental! The place was spotless, had a great location (within walking distance of town), and amazing ocean views. The hosts were top notch! They were very attentive, responsible, and helpful. They even went out of their way to go out and buy an item that was missing from our kitchen the same day I asked about it. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent property with ocean views and high quality amenities. Close to many things. Quiet neighbors when we were there. One of the pools was closed for a big overhaul but that did not affect us. Bring binoculars to get a closer look at wildlife and water things!

Wonderful unit

Amazing view from the 5th floor oceanside unit overlooking the pool. Very large bedrooms and living space. Covered parking in a garage. Great location to walk to restaurants. The main elevator is very slow so we walked the stairs a ton, but the views from the 5th floor are amazing.

Wonderful stay

Our family really enjoyed the stay at 3503 Seacrest. The condo was cozy and came equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and the views were amazing. Only thing I would suggest is fixing up the sliding door going out to the porch of the master bedroom. It was hard to open/sticking. Otherwise this was a great place to stay!
