Luxurious, renovated, and well-maintained 2 BDR, 2 Bath Condo / Townhouse on the majestic 7th hole of Lagos golf course and adjacent to a pool in beautiful 27 hole Desert Princess Golf Club and Resort, Palm Springs. All new appliances, new Cal King beds, 3 TVs, Internet, cable, A/C, Nationwide telephone calling, BBQ. Patio onto golf course and courtyard entrance. Resort has a Club House and restaurant, Hilton Double Tree Hotel, spa, tennis, & squash courts, pickle ball and 32 swimming pools. We call our place "New Morning" because it is wonderfully relaxing and restorative. Non-smoking and no pets. 7 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Not suitable for children.

Excellent Stay on Toltec

Claire was easy to work with and always available to answer questions. The unit was exactly what we needed for our party of 3 including two master suites so our son could have some privacy. It was also nice that the unit was near the entrance and exit to the compound so not a lot of time was wasted getting in and out. Access to the golf course was easy as well and the Desert Princess course was immaculate and cheap relatively speaking. We will definitely come again.

Great location within a beautiful neighborhood.

Good location. Comfortable. The only negative for us was the extra charge per person per day to use the workout facility each day and the per person charge to play Pickleball.
