Whether to discover and / or enjoy our beautiful region, you will be delighted to stay in our modern and fully equipped house.
Located on a quiet plot facing south-west, close to the coastal paths, shops and the intramural port / center of Vannes, it offers you all the necessary comfort to spend wonderful moments of relaxation at any time of the day:
- Beautiful terrace to enjoy the landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool (7m by 3.5m) and secured with a motorized shutter
- Large fitted kitchen with central island (practical to accompany chefs in the kitchen)
- Large living room with fireplace, piano and multimedia corner
- Master bedroom with private bathroom
- 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 with double bed
- Office / library space
- Large bathroom / shower

Located on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan and between the two peninsulas of Quiberon and Rhuys, the location of our house will allow you to get around on foot (paths), by bike (numerous cycle paths), by bus (bus stops ) or by vehicle (expressway 5 min away allowing easy access to major cities like all sublime walks).

ATTENTION: NO SMOKING

Good to know: our cat, admittedly autonomous, can ask to be considered

la propriété est neuve : très ouverte à la lumière- grandes baies vitrées- , la villa possède tout le confort que l'on peut espérer ; et super bien équipée - cuisine, Hi Fi, télé etc - ; que votre journée soit de flemmarder sur place, ou juste d'aller en ville, ou encore d'aller passer la journée ailleurs (accès quasi direct aux routes rapides), la villa est un havre de paix (quartier totalement silencieux) et la piscine un vrai bonheur pour une journée entière ou juste une rapide trempette au retour d'une virée lointaine. Le chat de la maison vient réclamer ses croquettes et sa part de câlins, ce qui amuse petits et grands. en bref, nous recommandons vivement cette propriété

Fantastic experience

Stephane and Chrystelle property is superb, very comfortable very well situated. Great and very caring hosts. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!
