About this property

Beautiful longère located near the coastal paths. (300m)

It faces due South at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with its enclosed garden and its terrace on a 750 m2 plot. It will be ideal for holidaymakers with children.

It can accommodate between 6 and 8 people.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room, very pleasant dining room and a spacious bedroom (160 cm bed) with bathroom and dressing room.

Upstairs you will have 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The first has a 140 bed and the second has a 140 bed and 2 90 beds that can be bonded if necessary.
In this one a baby bed is also available as well as a changing table.

Ideally located, it will allow you to enjoy the whole of the Rhuys peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan and the beach, valves, the Branfèré zoo and Bernard rock ... And so many other things to do and see ...

Très agréable sejour

Une belle maison aux volumes spacieux, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Située dans une impasse calme. Hôte très réactive et sympathique.

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée

L’emplacement de la maison nous a permis de rejoindre rapidement les pistes cyclables pour de belles boucles de 40 km vers les plages de l’Atlantique, vannes, les parcs ostréicoles…

Très bonne location

Maison très confortable, grande, très bien équipée et très bien située dans le golfe du Morbihan . Jolies promenades alentours. Propriétaires sympas, discrets et présents si nécessaire. Très belles prestations et très jolis souvenirs de vacances.
