This 50m2 apartment is located in our family home marketplace neighborhood, close to the city center and roads.
Our apartment corresponds to all your expectations by its comfort and its modernity, with an easy and independent access, in conclusion it is adapted to your desires of family holidays or your professional stay
The ++ of CLOS DES MARAICHERS, is our presence on site and always available to make your stay more enjoyable.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities (oven - dishwasher, Nespresso machine) a living room with balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom equipped with a corner bath and walk-in shower and double sink and washing machine, toilet separate
The linen is at your disposal as well as the shower and toilet products.
On request, we can provide you with a cot and various accessories
This accommodation is very bright and offers a view of some panoramas of our beautiful ALSACE;
Parking possible without any difficulty.
Bicycles available (a deposit will be requested)
Access for travelers
By car: exit 25 of the A36 motorway and you will find yourself directly rue de la Semm and close to the house
Public transport: LINE 23, a few steps from the house and serves the historic center of the city
By bike: 10 minutes strolling through the vegetable crops of the neighborhood
We offer the rental of 2 bikes (model woman city bike and VTC Man)
Rental price 8 € / day / bike and a deposit of 150 € / Bike
The neighborhood: green and maraicher, you will be in a quiet impasse, supermarket and small shops nearby
