The condo and amenities were great. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were very much appreciated. We loved the location. Had one issue with ice maker and they had it taken care that afternoon. We would definitely stay here again. We were 4 adult ladies.

The location of this building (Aqua) is fantastic, as is the layout of this condo's floor plan. However, we would not stay in another unit managed by ECDI (Emerald Coast Destinations). We had trouble getting into our unit & had to obtain a new door code upon arrival. The unit is dated & in need of some sprucing up, as well as, new cookware/etc for the kitchen. None of the furniture was comfortable, including the chairs out on the balcony. Beds were just ok. The stack washer/dryer were so filthy we didn't want to wash/dry our clothes in them. We only washed a load of towels. There was a very strong odor coming from the laundry closet, which sits in the kitchen. That, mixed with the kitchen sink with a disposal that didn't work, made for a really bad smell throughout the kitchen, living, and dining room area. I'm not sure what was down the sink, or how long it had been there, but the stench from it would absolutely slap you in the face when entering the unit. I called on Thursday to report the smell & request the disposal be fixed. I never heard back, so that afternoon, I messaged through VRBO. I received a response the next morning to say their maintenance dept had been contacted and would take care of it. We checked out the next morning and no one ever contacted us or came out. This particular unit & management company was a fail, but, I could see having a totally different experience staying in a different unit in this building. Again, the location is great!

Family vacation

The condo was great and the pools were amazing. Walking distance to shop or dining. The owner was quick to respond to any of our concerns or problems. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo.

Great condo

It is as advertised. Very nice condo. Could use more bed pillows. Very clean. Great 4th floor view. Elevators a little slow but that goes with a 22 story building. I would recommend the Aqua to anyone looking for a PCB vacation.

AWESOME OCEAN FRONT BALCONY

LARGE BALCONY WITH TABLE AND FOUR CHAIRS AND ALSO TWO ROCKING CHAIRS WITH SMALL TABLE...THE FLOORS WERE NOT VERY CLEAN...THE FURNISHINGS ARE OLD BUT OKAY. THE BEDROOM WITH TWO QUEEN BEDS TENDED TO BE VERY WARM LIKE THE AC WASN'T QUITE GETTING INTO THAT ROOM EVEN WITH KEEPING THE CURTAINS DRAWN FROM AFTERNOON SUNLIGHT.

Family Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was wonderful! the location can't be beat along with the check in and check out process. The only complaint we had was there a couple of cleanliness issues but minor overall. The washer being in the kitchen closet had mildew along the rim and with a smell. We cleaned it with what we had but it obviously isn't able to leave the washer door open as a front load washer should be. Aside from this though we were happy with the cleanliness and accomodation.

Aqua 402 - June 2019 - Nice Condo

Overall, we were very pleased with Aqua in general, and with this unit specifically. I looked at several different unit floorplans in the Aqua tower, and this one has the most rooms and windows facing the beach. This makes for a bright and cheery unit, with floor to ceiling windows in the main living area, and large beach-facing windows in two of the three bedrooms. The balcony was spacious, and the orientation of it allowed for both sunny and shady areas throughout the day. The unit was clean, the beds and seating were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking throughout the week. The kitchen and laundry appliances worked flawlessly. The TV in the main room is a good size and quality. It was great for streaming movies in the evenings or on rainy days. On floors above this one, this floorplan has 3 bathrooms, and that would be better if all three bedrooms are occupied by couples. For our kids, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom was not an issue. We stayed in this unit in June, so the property was fairly busy compared to non-peak times of the year. Being on the 4th floor worked out very well because the parking structure is accessed via a sky-bridge from the 3rd floor. The wait for elevators in general was not bad, but at peak times it was nice to have the option to go up/down one flight of stairs to get to/from the car - avoiding the elevator completely. The location of the property itself was great for going to Pier Park, restaurants, and Target or Wal-Mart for groceries, etc. The pools and pool decks were spacious enough that we never had trouble getting a few chairs together at any time of day. The pools themselves were clean, with very clear water, and the decks around the pools were regularly straightened-up by staff throughout the day. I would recommend this property and unit to friends, and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Location of resort was excellent. The resort grounds were always neat and clean. The condo itself was unsatisfactory. Kitchen countertop not cleaned, floor underneath dining table was disgusting (sand, food particles), washer had mold and a mildew odor, dryer had sand inside. One guest complained the sheets in double room did not seem changed. Water leak in master bathroom between toilet and shower (water seeping through floor planks at all times). To many miscommunications with check in time availabilities (text messages from ECDI) and code to enter condo.

Nicest Beach Condo Ever!

The condo was beautiful and spacious! It was the perfect location for 17 year old boys. Lots of fun things to do and good places to eat nearby. The view from the condo was amazing. In the living room and dining room, there were floor to ceiling doors and windows (high ceilings too!), the view of the ocean was fabulous! The layout of the condo and its furnishings very good. The building is solidly built,…with very little outside noise. Parking across the street with a crossover to the building was very convenient and safe. I will try to rent Aqua 04032 during every visit we make to Panama City in the future!

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

Wonderful location and the condo is beautiful. Our issue was with the communication, or I should say, lack of communication by the owner and the rental company. I had to ask about how we would gain access to the property and wasn’t answered until check in day. I had to continually ask about details of payment. I’d rent again just because of the condo itself and the location.

We liked the location and our room was nice, the only thing I was disappointed in was that there was construction going on and one of the pools were closed so it was crowded BAD at the other pool,one day we had to stand and wait to ever get a chair from people holding them with towels. Overall it was it was nice but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
