Two Bedroom plus Loft Penthouse at the Peaks Resort

The Penthouses at the Peaks are private residences located inside The Peaks Resort and hotel in the Telluride Mountain Village. This 2-bedroom plus loft/3 1/2 bath penthouse is perfect for two couples, two small families, or a larger group with up to six adults. Penthouse condo #826 features a southwestern décor highlighted by wall to wall western facing windows with amazing views of the Wilson Range and gorgeous sunsets. The open concept living and dining room includes a kiva style fireplace, flat screen TV, amazing views, and large dining table with seating for 6. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, cook and dishware, and beautiful custom wood cabinets. The first bedroom suite features king bed, large bathroom with jetted tub & separate steam shower and outstanding mountain views to the west. The second bedroom suite also has a king bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, full attached bath, and additional small loft with seating area and 1/2 bath. The full sized loft located above the living room is furnished with a queen size bed, private attached full bath with soaking tub separate shower, and TV.

While in residence at the Penthouse, guests enjoy complimentary use of the 42,000 sq. ft. Spa at the Peaks. The spa features indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, sauna & steam rooms, fitness center, wellness classes, and more.
All Parking at the Peaks Resort is Valet and fees do apply for all vehicles. Penthouse residences do not receive hotel-style housekeeping services.
The Peaks Resort is just steps from the pedestrian core of the Mountain Village where you will find dining, shopping, nightlife and the gondola to downtown Telluride. Also enjoy premier ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride Ski Resort via the complimentary ski valet. Summer guests can obtain limited golf access at times per the Peaks Resort partnership with Telluride Golf Club (subject to change, inquire directly for details).(BL#001353)

Beautiful condo with great western facing views. The ski valet is very convenient and the staff there were great. Easy access to the Mountain Village core and the gondola. We would be very happy to rent this unit again.

Amazing rental

This property was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed! It had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer/dryer was great. There was plenty of room and such a cozy place to sit and read and look at the amazing views! The highlight for us was the spa and outdoor pool! Perfect location in town and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended!

There are too many issues to list. I could go on and on. The room was dirty, the linens were worn and discolored, no directions or guides on how to use items in the suite, and the list goes on and on. We will not be renting from this owner or unit again. Definitely not "Penthouse" quality!

Windows

The window panes need to be replaced. All of them were hard to see out of. I think there is lime build up or just old age but it was disappointing to have just a spectacular view and we had to look through dirty or worn and stained glass.
