Fractured Prune, Wawa, Piccini, Sunrise Cafe and Bennie's Bread all within eyesight. Just park your car in the attached garage or driveway and enjoy. Beach access at 12th street has full bathroom facilities and foot rinse station. Sunny front and rear decks for morning coffee and enjoying Asbury Ave. The patio table seats 8 comfortably for outside dining. Brand NEW KING Purple mattress in 2021 and all new bedding in 2020. Perfect for young families as the condo is well equipped with pack and play/high chair/infant tub/toys etc.... 3 TV's and DVD/BluRay player, gas cooking, fans in bedrooms in addition to central air and heat. Attached garage can be used for parking or to store all your beach gear and bikes.
