Salt Lake Shore Vacation - With WaterViews from Every Room

Our Salt Lake Shore home is ready for your next vacation. We call it 7 Palms, since the seven palm trees along the property line remain standing tall, even after Hurricane Harvey. Home is large enough for your entire family to come and enjoy the coast - fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming - or just relaxing. With water views from every room, except maybe the bathrooms, you are sure to fill your need for visiting the Texas Coast.

Downstairs living room, kitchen, dining and large master suite with private bath - separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Kitchen connects to the two dining areas and a counter bar area with plenty of seating for everyone. Also on this floor is a second bedroom with a Trundle bed that is next to the half bath. Decks just outside along the water's edge for that morning cup of coffee or cook that meal in our brand new outdoor kitchen/bar area.. The home faces North, so you can see the beautiful Texas sunrise or sunset depending on your timeline.

Upstairs boasts an Entertainment Area with Windows overlooking Salt Lake, a Wet Bar, Flat Screen, XBox, Plenty of Seating and even a Pull out Queen Sofa. Great place for the kids to hang out. Two Bedrooms on the floor - Queen Bed and Two Queen Beds (bunk style). Full Bathroom on this Floor.

Plenty of Dock Space to tie up your boat, and your trailer can be parked in front of the house. Make sure you check with Navigation District regarding water depths if your boat is large.

Flat Screens in the Living Room, Entertainment Room and Master Bedroom. Roku TV and Local Antennae, Internet - so bring your passwords for your Netflix account.

Quiet relaxing getaway

The house was bigger than the pictures let on and the sunsets were beautiful. Its located in a quiet neighborhood with empty lots on both sides. However the lot fill with sand is owned by a man from the neighborhood , so if you have children dont let them wonder to that lot because he will come by and asked to keep off the property. He was not rude but beware . Other than that our stay was wonderfull!!

Great staycation!

My family and I had an awesome time. The house was only 10 minutes from the Rockport beach and it wasn't crowded at all. We loved it!

Very nice stay

The house was very nice and very well stocked with everything that you need. I would recommend to anyone with older children. The stairs are a little problematic for younger children. My only complaint is my son/wife/kids arrived a few days after us and parked in a the vacant lot next door. They were doing dirt work ( basically just piling up dirt in the back of the lot ) so he ask if it was alright if he parked there. They said it was no problem. The next day I took the garbage out and a man walking down the road approached me very angry and told me to move the truck. I tried to explain but he got very nasty and said he owned the lot and to get the truck moved. So we moved it. All in all the property we stayed at was great. The neighbor, not so much. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Son 31st Bday weekend

House was very comfortable, clean with lots of room for the family. We had some guess over and they loves the place I highly recommended this place will definitely return next year ❤️
