No, the photo is not faked, it is a palm tree planted in front of the house.
Puisatière is located in the municipality of Saint Pierre d'Arthéglise, which you certainly know if you watch the famous television show "Silence it pushes" since it is in this town that is home and gardens where most of the emissions are saved.
We do not know enough it is very soft in the Cotentin and particularly in this golden triangle: Barneville, Carteret, Jersey thanks to the Gulf Stream.
Puisatière is a typically Norman farmhouse, totally renovated on an isolated ground of 3000 m2 to 7 km of the sea.
Modular, it can accommodate you in love or family: 2 Gites of 2 people and the house for 6 people, or 10 beds in total.
Each studio is fully equipped, electric shutters on all windows:
- Fully equipped kitchen area with dishes, pans, coffee machine and hob
- Living room with a large bed of 160 X 200cm, without footboard, with memory mattresses hotel type, a table and two chairs, a large flat screen TV with access to TNT and international channels, a storage box and a wardrobe.
- Fully equipped bathroom with Italian shower, large sink, mirror, suspended toilet, and storage cabinet.
- Wifi access and terrace available (garden furniture, heated parasol and outdoor plancha)
