Aransas Princess #203 - 2BR, 2BA Bright Ocean View Condo

Leave your worries at the door and vacation with all the comforts of home in this beautiful Aransas Princess beach front condo.

This two bedroom, two bath second floor unit features a king bed in the master bedroom (with an incredible ocean view), a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8.

Truly a home away from home, this unit features a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen - complete with every utensil and appliance you may need to feed your group, large or small.

For guests who may not want to completely give up their technology, we also have free wifi and basic cable in every room.

Ideally situated in the beautiful Aransas Princess complex on Beach Access Road 1-A, guests can rent a golf cart and access not only the beach, but also the numerous delicious restaurants and fun shops and boutiques in downtown Port Aransas.

Relax in the hot tub, or take a refreshing swim in one of the two large pools available to guests - one of which is heated and open until midnight for our late swimmers. Enjoy a nice game of bocce ball, cornhole, pickleball, or tennis.

For anglers looking to bring their own boat to take advantage of the area's excellent fishing, designated boat and trailer parking is available right in the complex parking lot.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required depending on the season.
Winter Texan discount available December through March.

All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.

Policies and Rules:
SHORT TERM RENTAL REGISTRATION # 184528

1) Check-in time is 4:00 PM
2) Check-out time is 11:00 AM
3) No pets are allowed
4) Non-Toilet trained/incontinent persons must wear appropriate waterproof swim wear while in the pools or hot tub
5) No glass is allowed in the pool area
6) Food and drinks are not allowed within 6 feet of the pools or hot tub
7) Barbeque grills are not allowed
8) Each unit is individually owned, please do not remove or take items (dishes, furniture, towels, etc…) to other condos
9) Changes to itinerary are not eligible for refund
10) Guests will be billed for any damages to the property or condo.
11) You may park your vehicles in the parking lot in front of the complex. The reserved parking spot in the parking garage is reserved for the owner's vehicle.

We had a very nice stay here with the grandkids. Right on the beach with 2 great pools! Fully stocked kitchen, great WiFi, pool view and Gulf view! Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit with a clear view of the ocean and convenient view of the pool, if you have children going to the pool with one adult while the other stays behind that still wants to keep an eye out. The unit is stocked with everything anyone could need on a beach vacation. Polite staff and quiet family friendly environment. Parking was easy. Driving to the beach was a breeze and the best option for us, but the golf cart service offered by the condo was appreciated! The location was optimal for beach and town access. We will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time, every last detail was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything a cook may need. Decor was very well thought out. The kids lived the books, games and sand toys. We will definitely look forward to staying again.

Beautiful, clean condo

The property was very clean and had an amazing view of the coast. There was a very short walk to the beach and two swimming pools to keep the young children busy. Front desk was courteous and always helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Relaxing Trip

The condo was clean, building staff were friendly and courteous and the property manager, David was responsive and professional. The location allows walking access to the beach as well as having two onsite swimming pools.

Best Location in Port A

This is the second time we've stayed at the Aransas Princess. The location is perfect. Wonderful views of the gulf from the balcony and there is a private gated walkway to the beach. If you want to rent golf carts there is Ocean Carts just two blocks away. Very clean condo and well decorated.

Beach front propery

Great location with 2 wonderful pools and great boardwalk right to the beach. Condo is decorated really cute and beds are super comfortable. We had a small issue upon arrival and the owners were very easy to get ahold of and took care of matter right away. I would rent from these owners again for our next stay in Port A. Excellent owners and getaway!

It was very peaceful and easy access to the beach! The pools were very well kept and close by. The ONLY thing I would suggest is grills in the common/pool areas. Overall the staff and the owner of the condo were quick to respond and help. We will be retuning in the future!

Great Stay

We had a great time in Port Aransas. Our condo at the Aransas Princess was top notch. The location was perfect. The beach was a short walk away. Restaurants and entertainment were just a quick drive down the road The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Great ocean view from our balcony. Easy parking and 24 front desk service made our stay even better. We will definitely stay in this condo again when we return to Port Aransas.

Just what we needed

This space is just as described and as photos appear to be. We were grateful for easy beach access and well maintained pools to keep our relaxed unstructured days on track. We used the kitchen a lot and wow is it well stocked! We rented a golf cart and the ride to the touristy area is a breezy 10 minutes, to the marina area a bit longer. Pick this condo - you won't regret it!

Wonderful Experience for a Girls' Weekend Get-AWay

This property was extremely clean and well kept. It had a fresh smell all throughout, and the décor was above the normal "beach condo" décor. The location is perfect...just far enough from the hustle and bustle of town to have quiet time, yet close enough to run into town. We were all ladies that went, and there was never a feeling of being unsafe. Also, the bathrooms are perfect - 5 women were all able to share 2 bathrooms and no shortage of hot water, towels, or other amenities. I would definitely recommend this to my friends/family.

Overall fantastic place to stay! Really enjoyed it!

Great location - on the southern area of the main part of Port A. Great view of the ocean from the second story condo. Very well maintained with easy check in and out process. Access to beach is about 1/4 mile walk on the boardwalk, but there is a close by golf cart rental 2 blocks away if needed (the street the condos are on has beach access). Construction currently present on the building, but we didn't really hear it during our visit. Only thing that could be improved is the main bed unless you like super soft beds - we still slept great, but you do sink into it quite a bit. We hope to be repeat customers in the future!

Amazing getaway!

From the moment you arrive on property you know you're in for a great time. Stepping into the unit itself, sealed the deal. From the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico to the included amenities, my family and I have never felt so at home. Beautifully decorated and quite spacious, our condo was as welcoming as going home to see family. The whimsical table in the living area made from a bicycle frame, and the statue of the whale on the kitchen bar (my kids named him Mr. Rooster, so silly!!) were just a couple of the "little extras" that set this place apart from the rest. Enjoy an adult libation (or even a cool refreshing lemonade) on the balcony, and soak in that sea air. We cannot wait to return and enjoy it all over again.
