The stay was great and the location from the Tampa Convention Center was awesome. Parking for two vehicles is a bit tight but manageable. I would definitely recommend the condo for a future stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was very convenient, with a variety of restaurants and places for drinks within easy walking distance, and downtown Tampa was just a short drive away. Despite being close to so many things, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The condo was comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely appointed with everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated how responsive the host was. We had a question about door access on the day of check-in, and the host responded quickly and helped us get everything sorted out.Overall, this was a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay, and we would recommend it to others visiting the Tampa area.

Fabulous Time in Tampa

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Brannen’s luxury retreat! He was a great host both in terms of availability and with all the thoughtful touches throughout the house, from extra towels to comfortable pillows to easy check out directions. The property is in a lovely, walkable neighborhood, just minutes from everything Tampa has to offer. If you are coming to Tampa, you will want to stay here!

Great location close to SoHo and lots more

This was our third or fourth time staying at the townhouse. We love the walkability to restaurants, bars, Pilates and Bayshore. The host is incredibly responsive and keeps the property in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were recently renovated and spotless. Kitchen has all you need to prepare basic meals and have coffee in the unit.

5/5 property and location

Highly Recommend. We would absolutely stay here again. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was very nice and clean, and a great space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). The location is excellent!!! We enjoyed daily walks - sometimes short jaunts over to Starbucks or Hyde Park, sometimes longer walks (~1hr) to the waterfront. The bars nearby were busy in the evening without being crazy. We felt very safe!!

Great location near Hyde Park village. Nice size property and very clean. Every night there was a short span of noise from drunk people along the streets. All property amenities were great except the towels - They were old, ripped and stained- time to replace. Parking space was nice and convenient to have. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would return.
