"Villa du Rocher " is located in anse Marcel, one of the best area in Saint Martin. This area is very quiet and it is protected from the wind and from the sargassum, the beach is withe sand and the water is blue turquoise with no waves ! Paradise on earth !
The villa is in heights and you have a Wonderfull sea view, day time and night time because you have the island Anguilla just in front of the villa !
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a large living area with a brand new kitchen, and outside you have a very big terrace with swimming pool and a jacuzzi .
A Wonderfull villa for magical Hollidays !.
This villa is equipped with a cistern so no water cut possible

This property is brand new, it has a Wonderfull sea view, a pool, a jacuzzi and 4 very nice bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. anse Marcel is a very nice nice and quiet area.
The Anse Marcel is very closed, 10 mn by feets or 2 mn by cars.
The fabulous Orient Baie with restaurants and lovely beaches is at 10mn by cars.
