We had a fabulous stay here. Property was one of the most well equipped that I have ever stayed at. Beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, pool towels, instant pot, coffee tumblers, etc were all provided. We were able to cook dinner on the stove which was a huge plus for us. It is 2 bed, 2 bath. One room has a king size bed. As a travel advisor and blogger, I will definitely be recommending this property. You get a parking spot and a gate opener to use during your stay. It felt safe and comfortable. Within 5 min walking distance to Eagle Beach and 10 min walk to dining/coffee, beach near Play Divi.

The apartment was so well equipped, we felt like we had everything we needed for a nice stay in Aruba. It was so close to the beach and some great restaurants. We walked, took the bus, or rarely took taxis to everything we wanted to do. Such a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful island from!

The condo was exactly what it was described. The host was very good about communication. The only hiccup was when we arrived the host used WhatsApp and I was expecting information on my email. Once we downloaded the WhatsApp we were able to make immediate connection. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach. The kitchen is a nice size with again all cookware and utensils provided. If we were to return to Aruba we would definitely staying here again. It is right close to the hospital and if a very nice part of town that is also very quiet. Everything you need from a grocery store to some very good eating is within a 10 minute drive. The walk to the beach is about 7-10 minutes depending on which beach you walk to.

Just what we needed

We had a delightful weeklong stay. Very convenient location for the beach as well as getting out and about. Ample room for our group of five adults. Host and staff are very accommodating and available. Everything we needed was on hand in the apartment. The pool is a welcome respite.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location, about 2 blocks from Eagle Beach. We rented a car which allowed us to navigate around the island very easily to visit other beaches and shopping areas. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, hospital, golf course and too many restaurants to count all within walking distance (if you’re familiar with Aruba, this VRBO is about a 5-7 minute walk from Screaming Eagle. The apartment was perfect for my husband, myself and our two adult children. Spacious, lots of room to lounge, a lovely balcony, washer/dryer and dish washer. The kitchen was well appointed, as were the bathrooms (towels, etc.). A great stay all around!

Beautiful place to stay! Check in was a breeze!! It was clean, plenty of space for my family of five, secure, and the property manager was attentive and responsive. Seating for four not six on the balcony with a nice view of the pool. The water is heated by solar power. I would definitely book this place again!

Sunset Residence Vacation

Unit was clean. The property security was a plus and thein unit safe was a nice feature. The property manager Pilar was extremely nice and helpful from start to checkout.The grounds were well maintained. The location was very convenient to restaurants and the main roads. Great place and walking distance to the beach

Beautiful, clean place and great location. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants near by within walking distance. Grocery store is about a mile away that we walked to a couple of times. The apartment was very relaxing with comfortable beds. Pilar was very helpful. We rented a car the last couple of days to see the rest of the island. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Aruba.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunset Residence would definitely recommend and stay again. I would just suggest the beds in the 2nd bedroom are not great. New mattresses or even thicker mattress pads would help

The property was immaculate. Property manager met us quickly upon our arrival and explained where we could find beach chairs and other amenities. In the unit were laundry and dishwasher pods. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, pool, and grounds.

This property is exactly what we were looking for and more. Is just one block away to Eagle Beach, and the building also has its own pool, so the kids had a blast in both, beach and pool. The apartment is very comfortable, we were a family of 5 and fit perfectly since the 2 beds in the second room are big enough. The host is very attentive and replies messages very fast, so was the manager of the property, both very kind. The AC worked great, and that is very important when you in the island since it can get really hot. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again if I go back to Aruba!

Great location with everything you need for a fantastic vacation!

The condo is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen as well as everything you need to go to the beach. Pilar and Elizabeth were incredibly responsive and took care of anything we needed. The onsite pool was nice as well as the little workout room. There was a hot tub but it was only hot one time; my family really enjoys a hot tub and was a little bummed about that. We were there the busiest week of the year right around New Year's and never had an issue. Parking at any of the beaches or walking up for dinner without reservations. Aruba is a beautiful island with everything that you could want in a vacation. I would recommend having a car as there is so much to see on the island and you can explore on your own.

Small and quiet near Eagle beach. Can’t be beat. I looked at many properties and this has the best location, with only 18 units in the complex and it’s proximity to top 5 beaches in the world, I feel so fortunate to have this property
