Luxurious villa at Cap d'Antibes

On 1500 m2 of garden, heated swimming pool, facing south, the house is very clear, it enjoys a glimpse of the sea. Parking for 3 cars, bowling green, large terraces with plancha near the pool. The beaches are 10 mins walk, and some shops 5 mins. There houses were completely restored in 2014, all bathrooms, sanitary and bedding are at most 4 years old. The area is very quiet, the interior of Cap d'Antibes being frequented only by residents.
The house has four double bedrooms and three shower rooms.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at 3 Avenue Aime Bourreau, Antibes. The house was well located and the house was very comfortable. Pool, and outdoor sitting areas were lovely. I would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

Herve and Stephane were both very helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location was stunning and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Antibes. Close enough to walk to the town and beach and a short walk to the train station for easy access to other local towns like Nice and Cannes. Overall it was a wonderful stay and thoroughly recommended.

The house is located in a beautiful residential area. We used Uber and Lime bicycles to get around the area or trains to Monaco/ Cannes/Nice. The mosquitoes seem to like us so be prepared with preventative spray and soothing cream!The house is beautiful and well equipped. The pool area is beautiful. It occasionally is shaded but this is quite welcome.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed the lovely and spacious villa, which was well equipped and with a fantastic pool and bar area in the garden. The villa was also close to everything in Antibes and at same time placed in a quiet area.

A spacious and well-equipped villa in a delightful location on the Cap. On a quiet street in a residential area, the nearest beach is Garoupe, a 12 minute walk away. Antibes and Juan les Pins both a 25-30 minute walk and Ubers are plentiful. The villa was comfortable, the pool was just what we needed on a hot day and this was a great base to explore this lovely part of the world. Very easy to catch a train to go to Nice and Monte Carlo, but really pleasant to just potter around locally to. We had a great holiday and would love to return!

The house is beautiful and is in a wonderful location in residential area. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything on could ask for. The garden and pool area are well kept and very attractive. Given the tall trees around it the pool is mostly in the share (which can be a good thing or a bad one, depending on one's preferences). Uber is available but having a car is recommended and makes everything easier. The only area of improvement is the wifi connection: It works well upstairs in the living room and outside close to the door to the kitchen. However, it did not work downstairs where the principal bedrooms are. Overall, we had a great stay at the house. Thank you.

We (6 adults and 1 child) spent 9 days in this house, that we chose for its great location, parking possibilities, outdoor kitchen and heated swimming pool. The house was on a quiet street (15 min walk to nearest beach) and was well equipped. Unfortunately the cleaning of the swimming pool was not well organized and therefore we couldn’t use it for one day. Reimbursement was promised but did not happen. Overall we had a good time and would be happy to go back again.

Villa Fred

Très belle villa, dans un écrin de verdure au cœur du cap d'Antibes où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses, agencées avec soin, avec une climatisation individuelle (2 chambres avec salle de bain). Cuisine fonctionnelle et suréquipée qui donne sur un large espace (un dîner de 9 personnes) solarium/terrasse /piscine, agrémenté d'un magnifique mur végétal. Espace sur lequel nous avons passé de longs et bons moments de détente. Toujours au calme, accompagnés de la symphonie des cigales , nous étions loin des bruits de l'effervescence estivale, tout en étant à proximité d'Antibes et de Juan les Pins (5 grosses minutes en voiture). C'était parfait, merci ! Ps: Une personne passe en milieu de séjour pour nettoyer la piscine Ps2: Il y a la possibilité de contacter une femme de ménage (supplément)
