ARTISTIC VILLA LUXURY 8 to 12 people, Acropolis view, 6' walking to the beach


We apply a pricing scale so that we can accept groups smaller than 12 people. As we like to help families of all sizes. We understand that the decision for a 3-generation family to travel is difficult. That is why we decided to give the opportunity to smaller groups, so we decided for this year to start with 8 people, and additional people are added by a small fee. We regret that we have decided to change the minimum occupancy to 8 people this year (instead of 4 before) because this does not work, villa is very big to be used only for 4 people. This policy is very generous and fair for smaller families as the entire villa being available in a single booking. Please send us the list of names and ages of the members of your reservation. This will enable us to arrange the required rooms. This can be done no later than 5 days before your arrival.

Pay cash your environment fee, we send immediately to the Goverment, as required. March to Oct. is 8eu per night.Oct to March is 4eu per night.

We really enjoy our stay at the Villa, early check in, welcome drinks with homemade wine, plenty of rooms for our family reunion, and Anna was an AWESOME host! We definitely come back!!

Wonderful stay!

Many thanks to Anna, a fabulous hostess who welcomed us with open arms, and great Greek cooking. The villa was beautiful, spacious, cute and clean. The location was ideal to explore Athens, beaches and local life. We had a fabulous time and I recommend Anna's villa to anyone. It couldn't have been better.

Absolutely amazing

Anna and her son were so nice, helpful and gracious! The place was better then the pictures. Anna was so welcoming and genuinely sweet!!! She had some snacks, breakfast stuff waiting for us, drinks and lists of how to use things in the house. The beds were the most comfortable in our travels, showers were spacious. Over all it was a wonderful stay. If we come back to Athens it will be a must stay. You won’t regret booking with Anna.

Great house, great location, helpful home owner

Our family and extended family, a party of 10, stayed in Anna's villa. The villa was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Anna, the homeowner, was a delight. She was as good and helpful as any tour guide. She had many wonderful suggestions as to the various sights in Athens and where to eat. Anna prepared a delicious traditional Greek dish for us upon our arrival The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, fresh fruit, and homemade marmalade. The villa is in a great location. A short walk to the tram station that takes you to downtown Athens. A short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice house, very clean and pleaseant. Everything to feel at home

Anna is a charming and helpful host. Very nice place to stay with your family or a group of friends. A very original house. My only particular comment is that you are better off with a car when you stay at the ArtisticVilla even if you have shops and places to eat at walking distance.

Best vacation ever!!!

We were a group of six adults looking for a perfect place to stay before the Spartathlon Race. For our surprise Anna, the owner and host of Artistic Villa was the general manager for accommodations for the Olympics in Athens, so we can't do a better choice. The place was greatly decorated with beautiful paintings over the house all of them painted by Anna. The five story building has plenty of room for 10-12 people, counts with 3 and a half bathrooms and each room has a balcony. The Villa is well located, close to restaurants, markets, bus stop and train stop. The neighborhood feels safe and secure. Our stay will be memorable because of the attentions of Anna, she is a well educated woman with knowledge in art, history, culture and we enjoyed and respected every suggestion she made to us. Thanks to her suggestions we can visit the best places in town: museums, restaurants and nearest islands. We can't wait to return to Artistic Villa to enjoy the company, knowledge and love of Mama Ana . We felt like we were in home. P.S. You can't missed the food Anna could prepare for you she is a terrific cooker. We loved every plate she made.

Great for Families!

My family of eight stayed at the Artistic Villa in June. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was safe and there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops within walking distance of the villa. We took the opportunity each night to walk to the beach and enjoyed local restaurants. Anna could not have been more kind or more accommodating. She was a joy to get to know and made our trip so much more memorable. We are glad we had the chance to stay in the Artistic Villa!

Fabulous, family friendly villa

American travelers, Four adults, 5 kids stayed 4 nights at this spacious & gorgeous home. Villa could easily sleep 10-12 comfortably. Safe & wonderful neighborhood. We walked to many shops, bakery & restaurants. Anna is a terrific cook & concierge. She arranged travel for us with a wonderful, animated guide named Themis. Two traveling families now feel like we have a Greek grandmother! Anna's taziki is the best in all of Greerce. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home with a lovely owner

Our stay was as a couple within a group of 7 of us . The room was a wonderful double room with the link into the enquite. We immediately felt at home due to the hospitality of the lovely Anna, she had made breakfast for the other friends but kindly made extra for when me and my partner arrived. The house itself was a bit of an exploring opportunity, greatly decorated, many balconies and a great night sleep. Would be very happy to go back again and definitely worth going as a group too !

Great stay at the Artistic Villa

Myself and 6 friends stayed at the Artistic Villa for 3 nights and it was such an enjoyable stay!. We arrived at 4am in the morning but Anna left us a key and getting in was not a problem. The house is much bigger and way more impressive in person. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is over 5 levels and even comes with a lift! There were 7 of us but the property could easily sleep 10+ There were 2 full bathrooms plus an additional WC. There is a balcony off EVERY room. The balcony off the living area was a great extention of the living space. Everything was clean and cared for. This is Anna's home and you can see the care that has been put into it. She is an artist (hence the name of the villa!) and the house is full of her art work. It was an amazing place to stay during our trip. The villa was close to metro and bus links but our group was lazy and just got taxi's everywhere as they were super cheap and the taxi driver we met was super friendly and recommended such great places for us to dine etc that we ended up using the taxi's all the time! I'm sure Anna has his details if you are looking for a super lazy way round Athens. The villa is about 10 mins from Athens and also very close to the port. We spent the day on one of the Islands as it was so easy to get to and Anna advised us on which ones were best to go to. Anna the host was so friendly and went over and above to make our group feel comfortable in her home. She made us a traditional Greek breakfast on the first morning which was amazing! Home made marmadales, jams, greek yoghurts, eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice, the works! Anna can be as involved as much as you want or she was also happy to leave us to our own devices. My tip would be to use her for all her local knowledge! this is her home after all. We had the most amazing time in Athens and a big part of that was because of where we stayed. This apartment is warm, friendly and a great place for large groups of friends to stay as there is just so much space! We were sad to leave but we look forward to our next trip to Athens as we will definitely be staying here again!

From all the places I have visited, my strongest memories are focused on places that felt like home, the scent of the flowers, the feel of clean sheets, the feeling of warmth and human touch. This is the feeling that I would like my guests to experience and take back with them.

This house is not a typical rental, is a real Greek house, so you get an experience of Greek culture ( 3rd floor next to Ferrari bed Library).
The villa is in a quiet residential area less than 500 m away from the beach, which is full of cafes, restaurants, as well playgrounds. You can enjoy a walk by the yacht marina "Flisvos", have a drink by the sea or visit one of the many restaurant and taverns to experience a variety of Greek tastes. The sea side also offers countless options for the famous Athens nightlife.
A 5 to 10-minute drive will get you to the center of Athens, where you can visit Acropolis, several museums, Kallimarmaron stadium and other landmarks of this great city that is full of history.
The port of Piraeus is also very close ( 10-15'), giving you access to most Greek islands for either a one-day trip, or for you to continue your vacations.
From the villa you will also have easy access to public transportation, including tram, bus and metro and if you are more than 3 taxis, it is cheaper to get a Taxi. ( per car, 4 passengers , from our villa to the center is Apr. 10-15eu)
Sea sports are available in every corner of our neighborhood, due to our location, close to the seacoast.
