From all the places I have visited, my strongest memories are focused on places that felt like home, the scent of the flowers, the feel of clean sheets, the feeling of warmth and human touch. This is the feeling that I would like my guests to experience and take back with them.

The villa is in a quiet residential area less than 500 m away from the beach, which is full of cafes, restaurants, as well playgrounds. You can enjoy a walk by the yachtmarina"Flisvos", have a drink by the sea or visit one of the many restaurant and taverns to experience a variety of Greek tastes. The sea side also offers countless options for the famous Athens night life.
A 5 to 10 minutes drive will get you to the center of Athens, where you can visit Acropolis, a number of museums, Kallimarmaron stadium and other landmarks of this great city that is full of history.
The port of Piraeus is also very close ( 10-15'), giving you access to most Greek islands for either a one-day trip, or for you to continue your vacations.
From the villa you will also have easy access to public transportation, including tram, bus and metro and if you are more than 3 is cheaper to get a Taxi.( per car, 4 pasegers , from our villa to the center is apr. 10-15eu)
Sea sports are available in every corner of our neighborhood, due to our location, close to the sea-cost.
