Division Street Retreat is a great family rental located just north of downtown Kelleys Island. Our three bedroom, 2 bath home is cozy, clean and convenient.

The house sleeps 8 people comfortably.

The house is within walking distance to most restaurants, gift shops and entertainment. It is also close to golf cart and bicycle rentals, miniature golf and downtown marinas.

Enjoy afternoons relaxing on the porch, enjoying the backyard, or cooking outside on the grill.

New this year: renovated bathroom, new bed comforters and DirectTV / Internet.

Property was roomy and clean. Good location and amenities. Owner was easy to work with. The slats on the bunk beds need replaced and better mattresses on them. From time to time there was a musty smell. I know dampness is difficult to deal with on island properties but sometimes it was obvious. Would stay again

Great locatiion!

Great location within steps of downtown. Be sure to explore the house. Tons of things available if you search the cupboards, closets, etc including games, movies, and every piece of glassware imaginable.

Another great weekend on the island!

House is nice with plenty of room. The clearing in back by the water was totally unexpected but was by far our favorite feature of the property! We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, great location

Very nice property located a few steps from the main strip of bars, restaurants and shops. Spacious and open living area. The covered patio area was great to watch the storm roll in. Can’t say enough great things about Mike and his brother Mark. Mike was quick to answer any and all questions before we checked in. Once there, we discovered the grill wasn’t out.....we made a call to Mark and he was there in five minutes to get the grill for us! Would not hesitate to rent this property again

Close to downtown so we could walk there and convenient to the boat launch at the State Park.. Blackstone grill was very handy and used a lot! Group of 5 fishermen stayed here and enjoyed it.

Great location, we had a great time!

Great location and a very nice place! The only thing is maybe a little more info on the property, like WiFi username, password, how to turn on the heat, just little things to help us use the property. There were some dead bugs around the windows but we cleaned those up. Overall it was good.

Perfect Getaway

My fiancé and I spent the weekend at Kelley’s Island with a couple of friends and we couldn’t have been happier with this property. Communication with Mike was great and the house was clean, spacious, a short walk from downtown and just all-around fantastic. I would definitely recommend the property and will hopefully stay there again in the future!
