Cottages by Conrad welcomes you and your family to stay in our exclusive vacation cottage with a verandah over-looking the coastline of Blue Waters. In addition to the bedrooms, the cottage includes 2 private bathroom, living space, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit also includes a flat-screen TV as well as a furnished terrace with an ocean view. Free WiFi is available.

Please note that a rental car (preferably an SUV) is highly recommended for getting around the island.

Very nice apartment with balcony. Everything was clean and tidy, and the owner responded quickly when contacted.A little hard to find as roads in Antigua do not have names! With the help of some locals we eventually found it. You need a car as it is a little off the beaten track, but lovely beaches are within reach. The beaches along the western side are stunning, and it's not too far to English Harbour at the other end of the Island. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the coast, and supermarkets for self-catering. Great vibe!

This is a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a well stocked kitchen and W/D. Comfortable stay for 4 adults. You would need a car or have to call a cab to get around. The nearest grocery store is a 20 min walk. There is a nice cafe Sips & Tips that has a great breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, an ice cream place, Asian Voyage (high end Asian restaurant) and the beautiful Dickinson Bay Beach all within 15 min drive. Getting there is a bit confusing and took us over an hour to find the house since we reached at night and it was completely dark. Host had sent videos explaining how to get there but our taxi driver could not understand his directions. We had to wait about 30 min for the host to drive over and drive us to the house. Basically once you turn R into Blue Waters Dr from Cedar Grove Main Rd(coming from airport) you’ll drive uphill about 500’ passing a white fence and then reach a white and green fence on the left side of the road. At this corner, there is an unnamed road on the right that goes downhill which you need to take and the 1st house on the left with an iron fence is the house. I have included pics. The driveway down to the house is steep, about a 40degree incline from the ground. Going up with a sedan which is what we rented was a bit scary. Prob renting an all wheel drive would be the best option. We ended up parking at the street level but the road is a dirt road and very uneven so was also a bit scary.

Excellent for our needs

We stayed for 15 days. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit had a great distant view of the water from a balcony where we enjoyed cofffee in the morning and cocktail at night. Our only problem was trying to find it in the dark on our arrival as there didn't seem to be any actual address to give to Siri, but our property manager met with us and guided us in.

Wonderful Surprise

Nice place, great location and the property manager is excellent. Truly enjoyed Conrad’s! Would recommend there was only one issue the electrical needs upgrading. It will go out when the AC is on upstairs and in the downstairs unit. The property manager comes super fast to put it back on. There is a really nice breeze at night so you will still be comfortable. This place is a really affordable and great find.
