Must climb stairs from driveway to the house, but once you get to the top, it will be all worth it! Beautiful view! 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathroom. It is in a central location, 5 minutes from the town and is still able to give you beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony while you watch the amazing sunrise and sunsets.

It is very private, lots of parking available and a big fenced yard. Lots of breeze, peace and quiet.
