Between Disney and Legoland on Lake Marion

Three bedroom two bath villa in beautiful Lake Marion Resort. 30 miles South of Disney World and about 20 miles NE of Legoland and only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Lake Marion. After a day at Disney World or Legoland, come back to relax in the hot tub while the kids play in one of two pools, kiddy pool or playground. You can play basketball, shuffle board, tennis, pickle ball. shoot pool in the clubhouse or workout in the gym. Take a short walk through the preserve area to the lake, where you might see eagles, bob cats, armadillos or even an alligator. You can fish or just enjoy a beautiful sunset from the Gazebo on the dock.

This is the only single family house for rent in Lake Marion Resort. All other properties are two or four units attached. The decor is modern with tile flooring.
