Bien mais tres vieillot !

Maison très bien située dans un secteur calme et proche de tout. Très bien équipée. Cependant, l ensemble aurait besoin d un très sérieux rafraîchissement, ce qui permettrait de supprimer ces mauvaises odeurs de renfermé.

Maison agréable au calme mais proche de tout

Jolie petite maison située dans un quartier très calme et agréable. Equipement correct mais vieillot (cuisinière à gaz par exemple), pas d'internet. La description est fidèle à la réalité. La voiture reste indispensable même si tout n'est pas loin (plages 1,5 km, marché 1km, centre Royan/bord de mer 1,5 kms). Une boulangerie à 400 m et un centre commercial à 1 km. Les personnels de l'agence gérant cette maison sont sympathiques et disponibles. Au final je recocommande cette location.

Agréable séjour

Maison agréable et très bien équipée. Agence disponible dès qu'il y a un problème, de plus la maison était propre et bien rangée. La maison est au calme ce qui est agréable à royan, entre le marché et la plage, au top !
