Big House 10 people type LOFT 200 m2 facing south with swimming pool, covered terrace and garden. Very calm environment. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Large living room open kitchen very bright. 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with bed 140 and 1 suite room bathroom shower and bath with bed 180, 1 bathroom separate ground floor + separate toilet upstairs. Relaxation room / yoga / gym with tatami mats: can be converted into a bedroom if needed to accommodate more than 8 people (+2 children with mattresses)

Calm very pleasant with access to many hiking trails family and sports, mountain bike trails, small shops 7km (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, tobacco, postal agency), 15 min supermarkets, restaurants, hospital, media library.

Vacances au top!

A notre arrivée, Céline et son mari nous ont chaleureusement accueilli dans leur magnifique maison avec des spécialités locales. Nous étions 10 personnes et nous avons trouvé la maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Elle est également bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est implantée dans un cadre de verdure au bout du village où nous avons apprécié le paysage, le calme et la tranquillité. L'aire de jeux juste en face de la maison est un vrai plus pour ceux qui viennent avec des enfants ou pour les amateurs de pétanque. Céline et son mari sont des hôtes soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires, discrets et très réactifs. L'alarme de la piscine était défectueuse à notre arrivée et ils ont immédiatement procédé à son remplacement. Pour résumé, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant dans une maison à la décoration soignée. Nous remercions chaleureusement, à notre tour, Céline et son mari pour la semaine de vacances que nous avons passée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous!

Maison très agréable Accueil VIP. Nous recommandons.

Céline et Cleber nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances reposantes en famille. La décoration est agréable, et pratique. L'extérieur est également très bien équipé et aménagé avec plancha au gaz, barbecue et four à pizza. Nous avons passé des soirées inoubliables sur la terrasse couverte et dominante aux abords de la piscine illuminée. Environnement très calme avec animaux des propriétaires en contrebas de la maison. L'espace de vie des animaux est complètement séparé de la propreté, mais reste accessible si on souhaite les visiter. Par ailleurs le calme environnant n'est pas du tout perturbé par la présence des ces animaux. Emplacement qui permet de rayonner en voiture entre Narbonne et Toulouse, en passant par Carcassonne et le pays Cathare... En voiture : Supermarché à 10/15 mn, boulangerie à 10 mn. Enfin nos ados ont aussi beaucoup apprécié la maison, ainsi que les visites et activités aux environs. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçus !
