Our exclusive units are located in a private Exotic garden for a quiet and relaxed setting. Rooms are clean, cool and secure. Guests access to the luxory of our garden with a beautiful covered space, pool, waterfall, jacuzzi and grill to enjoy after your day at the beach.
Our public area located just outside the gate with our Brewery / Beach bar, restaurant,store and surf rentals/school. 5 minute walk to the town center. It’s Located right on the beach at La Punta, Montañita's world famous Point Break and the best waves in South America. A short five minute walk to the vibrant nightlife of downtown Montañita - our property will bring you peace with the soothing sounds of the surf and amazing sunsets.

Relaxing vacation at La Punta, Montanita

Our vacation in La Punta - Montanita, Ecuador was the highlight of our time in the coast of Ecuador. Chincho was a great host, he greeted us and gave us such a great customer service since day 1. During our stay, Chincho ensure we had a good time, which we did. The location of his property is great as it has access to a great Sushi bar brewery and restaurant to hang while watching the sunset. We will miss all of those beautiful sunsets watching the surfers entertaining us every day. We will comeback again and hopefully stay with Chincho. If you want to experience great service and staying at the best spot in " La Punta", this is the one!
