We rent our charming Triplex in Trouville.

Ideally located between the beach and the city center of Trouville.
Quietly in a charming flowered cul-de-sac, you can go on foot in 2 minutes to the beach, go shopping in the city center or go to the famous Trouville market.

Like a townhouse, our Triplex consists of 4 bedrooms with a lovely view over the roofs of Trouville and the romantic Normand sky, a fitted kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, Nespresso, dishes ...) open onto a very pleasant living room, living room with TV, dining room (table for 8 people), another small living room with TV corner, two sofa beds, two shower rooms and two toilets.

Ideal for a weekend or a vacation with family or friends.

Remember to take your sheets and towels (beds in 140 duvets 220x240 pillows 60).

You will be seduced by its calm, its charm and its ideal location.

Séjour à Trouville, impasse petit

Très bon emplacement qui évite de réutiliser la voiture mais difficultés de stationnement à l'arrivée. Logement non adapté à une famille avec enfants ou personnes âgées car des escaliers.

gute Lage, leider mangelnde Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung ist eher einfach eingerichtet, dafür gut zwischen Strand und Zentrum gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war sehr nett und schnell...bis wir uns über die mangelnde Sauberkeit beschwert haben. Besonders die Matratzenauflagen, Kopfkissen, Decken etc. waren so fleckig, voller Haare etc., dass sie so nicht zu gebrauchen waren. Die Antwort der Besitzerin war voller Verständnis, dass dies wirklich sehr unangenehm wäre, sie aber hoffe, dass wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub hätten... Kein Angebot zur Nachbesserung, nichts... und das bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von 100 Euro. Ohne Worte!

Appartement trés bien situé,grand ,mais mal distribué

La propreté laisse à désirer ,nous avons acheté protège matelas et oreillers et fait du nettoyage avant de profiter des lieux.

Trouville-sur-Mer

Nice apartment and good communication IF YOU SPEAK FRENCH! Need to bring bed linens (the pillowcases we brought didn’t fit, so check sizing), towels, bath mat, tea towels for kitchen. Lots of stairs (up to four flights, if you’re in the top bedroom). Not a problem if you’re able-bodied, but we had my elderly mum with us. Lastly, we only got one key, which was a little inconvenient with seven of us staying there. Those are the provisos. If you know all that in advance, and if you are prepared to speak French to organize your arrival/departure/anything you may need in between (we did have an issue with a leak, but Alexa organized a plumber the same day), you will have a great stay in this spacious, excellently located apartment.
