Facing the marina studio cabin with terrace, parking and swimming pool-4CM26
CAP MARINE residence for this charming 20 m² studio apartment with cabin near the beach.
This secure residence with lift has a communal swimming pool (15/06 to 15/09 subject to change), a caretaker, bicycle and windsurf board storage and private parking.
Located a stone's throw from the Pont Tournant bridge, at the entrance to Les Capellans, the residence consists of apartments facing the marina.
Comprising an entrance hall with a 90 cm bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and TV, a kitchen area (fridge, electric hob, combination oven) and a renovated bathroom.
The accommodation has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.
Basic but functional furniture.
Beautiful loggia with garden furniture offering a magnificent view of the Albères mountain range and Canigou.
The plus: Close to the beach (100 m), swimming pool in the residence and shops nearby.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
