About this property
Beautiful Private Room near beach
This cozy private room is located only 3.5 miles from the beach, close to Citi Center, Wholefoods, Publix, Macys and all major roads in South Florida. Private bedroom with own bathroom and a small courtyard. We are proud to keep this beautiful place for guests to enjoy.
Our room has a queen bed, two night stands with lamps, small folding table and two chairs holding on the wall, nice size TV with cable, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and disposable cups.
The bathroom has 3 towels for each guest, shampoo/conditioner, liquid body soap, liquid hand soap, toilet papers and air sanitizer spray.
There is a small closet with hangers, iron, and a small tabletop ironing board.
In the closet you will also find a portable A/C unit for extra cold air needed when the Sunshine State gets really hot.
For long term stay, clean linen will be provided every two weeks, guest is responsible for cleaning the room.
