It is located in a select private urbanization, Urbanization Roche Residencial, next to the beach of fine sand with beautiful coves, with all kinds of services (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, playground) with paddle and tennis courts for residents and very near several golf courses. It is a very quiet area to feel very comfortable, enjoying nature, next to a centennial pine forest for lovely walks.
