Cette propriété est super et le propriétaire très sympathique, mais trop loin de tous les commerces OU il faut être très courageux et se lever tôt le matin pour aller chercher son pain à pieds avec la chaleur qu'il fait !!!

Maison bien agencée. terrasse agréable. N'avons pas profité de la partie pinède pas pratique avec des petits. La propreté n'était pas au top à notre arrivée ce qui a nécessité un sérieux balayage du coin cuisine de la salle à manger et surtout de la terrasse qui était vraiment sale (locataires précédents). Sinon nous avons apprécié cette location.

Das Haus wurde scheinbar vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert, manche Bereiche scheinen noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein. Teilweise ist die Ausstattung schon stark beansprucht (z.B. Sitzbereiche). Die Klimaanlage im oberen Stock ist ganz angenehm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Bäder sind gerade für französische Verhältnisse, sehr geräumig. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Das Trampolin auf der oberen Terrasse war ohne Netz und auch schon älter, unsere Kinder haben es trotzdem gerne genutzt. Der Zugang zu den Terrassen ist optimierbar, es ist ziemlich wackelig. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt. Der Vermieter hat für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt durch hilfsbereite Bekannte, die die Übergabe problemlos gestaltet haben. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung, man benötigt aber ein Auto.
