Guillaume's Home was a really easeful place to arrive for my work trip. It was filled with light and it was spacious. I loved working at the kitchen table and the photos actually don't do the apartment justice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bath towels heavy and luxurious, it's very quiet at night. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer - which is rare. The bus is right outside the door and it's a very quick ride into Clermont-Ferrand or to go hiking. I can only recommend it. Only downside is we couldn't take a bath because the water does not drain easily and I hope it gets fixed!

Il n'y avait aucune place de disponible pour ranger nos affaires ni dans l'armoire, ni la commode des chambres, ni sous le meuble sous le lavabo de la salle de bain, ni dans la cuisine...Nous avons du demander au propriétaire de passer pour nous faire un peu de place le jour de Noël. Il a dégagé deux petites étagères de l'armoire, le dessus du sèche-linge et du lave-linge et un tiroir du meuble sous le lavaboNous avons aussi du partager le frigo : une moitié du frigo étant occupée par les denrées du proprio.Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de bain car il manquait le bouchon de la baignoire qui retient l'eau.Sur la porte intérieure des toilettes était affichée une trentaine de photos assez personnelles (vacances et petits amis).Pour le stationnement de notre véhicule, vu que le parking n'est ouvert au public que de 19h à 8h, nous avons du nous lever tôt pour déplacer notre voiture et aller la garer dans l avenue où nous avons payé le parcmètre (20 les 8 heures). Les photos de l'appart correspondent au bien situé au second étage d'un immeuble sans ascenceur.

Appartement de bonne taille décoré avec goût. Bien accueillis par les parents du propriétaire. Bien situé à Chamalières proche centre ville Clermont, facilité pour se garer dans la rue et prendre transports en commun. Endroit calme, on n'entend pas les voisins des étages. Matériel de cuisine et de salle de bains complet et moderne, déco moderne et stylée. Seul petit bémol : place laissée dans le réfrigérateur un peu juste pour 4 personnes (2 compartiments!) Je conseille vivement, c'est top!

Nous avons passés une nuit dans cet appartement spacieux situé au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble de 3 avec un seul résident par pallier. Si c'est à refaire et y séjourner plus longtemps, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Guillaume est un hôte très communiquant si nécessaire et se mobilise pour trouver des solutions à nos incidents de parcours. Toutes les consignes des différents équipements sont clairement indiqués. C'est un appartement très propre. Il n'y manque rien. Il est très lumineux par ses grandes fenêtres et un très bon éclairage.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans cet appartement avec 2 enfants 6et 9 ans. Il est fonctionnel, agréable, assez grand pour 4 et propre. Coup de cœur pour la pièce à vivre avec ce vieux parquet et une belle cuisine. Le gros plus c est qu il est bien situé et on peut aller à pied au centre ville de Clermont Ferrand. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Despite being on a busy road, it was noticeably quiet, which as a light sleeper, was a huge relief. There’s a bus stop 1 minute away for easy access to Place de Jaude and beyond (or a 15-20 minute walk). Going the other way, from the opposite bus stop, it’s a 20 minute ride to the Puy de Dome. So, a great base from which to investigate the area without a car. Conveniently, there’s a Spar supermarket about 10 minute’s walk away and other supermarkets towards Place de Jaude (Monoprix and others). The kitchen is well equipped if you opt for home cooking. The host is helpful and quick to respond to queries. I would happily return to this property.
