Unangenehme Überraschungen

Gut gelegene große Fewo mit geräumiger Loggia und herrlichem Blick über Clermont-Ferrand. Leider wurde unsere Freude gleich zu Beginn getrübt durch mangelhafte Sauberkeit (Verklebte Schubkästen im Bad, schmutzige Schubkästen, zum Teil mit schmutziger Kleidung!! im Schlafzimmer. In der Küche: Fliesen hinter Herd und Spüle dick mit Fett etc verkrustet, Kochfeld und Backofen - trotz Pyrolysefunktion - fettverkrustet) Im weiteren Verlauf stellten wir fest, dass der Staubsauger eine Katastrophe war, da er wegen gerissenem Motorfilter - offensichtlich seit geraumer Zeit - genauso viel Staub ausblies wie er einsaugte. Schließlich sahen wir, dass das Innere der Waschmaschine absolut eklig war: schwarz versporte Gummis mit schmieriger brauner Ablagerung. Nein danke! Der netten Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war zwar alles peinlich und sie bemühte sich am zweiten Tag auch, den gröbsten Schmutz zu beseitigen. Richtig wohlfühlen konnten wir uns aber aufgrund all dieser unangenehmen Überraschungen nicht! Wirklich schade!

L appartement est comme sur les photos.il est tres bien situe vu sur la cathédrale de Clermont ferrand et les montagnes, residence tres calme..entre 20 min a 30 min de tout les sites a faire. Les proprietaires sont a notre dispotion si probleme.grand merci a eux. L auvergne est magnifique, grandiose.

Excellent séjour à Chamalière

L’hôte a pris contact avec nous en amont de notre séjour pour nous donner toutes les indications nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Tout est anticiper et penser pour le confort des locataires. Aucune difficulté pour se garer, résidence calme, gentillesse des résidents, appartement plus que conforme à l'annonce. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons sincèrement ce lieux.

Appartement très agréable dans une résidence calme

L’appartement correspondait à la description de l’annonce. Il est grand, bien meublé et bien entretenu ( très propre). Il se situe à quelques minutes de Clermont-Ferrand et des volcans d’Auvergne. Nous étions venus pour découvrir cette région. Nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur malgré des températures caniculaires par moments. La propriétaire est attentionnée et réactive quand on a besoin d’une réponse à une question. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le seul bémol concerne les poêles qui ont besoin d’être changé selon moi. Je recommande cette location! F. Roux
