charming little 2 bedroom villa with private pool in residential area
BANANAS VILLA:
Superb small two-bedroom villa fully enclosed by walls with private pool, located in a quiet residence of very good standing in Saint-François, the largest seaside resort on the island.
Only a few minutes away you will find the beaches, in particular Pointe-des-Châteaux, a nautical base, the town center and its shops, the Marina of Saint-François and its restaurants, a casino and the Golf of Saint-François (which is also recognized as one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Caribbean).
EQUIPMENT :
A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds.
Each bedroom has a custom air conditioner, and each bed has its own mosquito net.
An optional baby cot is available free of charge (mosquito net included)
Indoor shared bathroom with hot water (including a hairdryer), separate WC.
All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels.
Well ventilated living room (ceiling fan and large openings to the outside) with convertible sofa, satellite HD TV + DVD player, stereo, free internet.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and the terrace: electric oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker ...
All crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
Large covered terrace of 12 m² with ceiling fan, perfect for enjoying your meals as a couple or family, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Private swimming pool 7x3 m² with whirlpool and night lighting.
A fully or partially removable security barrier is available free of charge.
4 padded deckchairs and outdoor furniture for relaxation.
A mobile barbecue for your grilling.
